Triad Environmental Services (Triad) was established after Mr. Kammeraad, its founder and president, resolved a legal controversy with a large Oil and Gas Company that had contaminated his father’s family farm.  Mr. Kammeraad had obtained great environmental knowledge and felt that he should help smooth the way for others who had environmental concerns.  Thus Triad was formed.  Over these many years, the focus of Triad has changed from aiding people with environmental concerns and the removal of underground storage tanks to the identification of contamination and the development of processes that may remediate them. 

The identification of contamination is conducted through the database research, historical review and on-site investigation.  This information may be presented in several ways such as the Environmental Snap-Shot, the Phase I Assessment, a Facility Audit, a Transaction Screen and/or an ASTM Phase I Environmental Assessment. 

Wetland delineation and permitting is also a staple of Triad.  Either initial or full delineations are available to suit your needs. 

Over the past few years Mr. Kammeraad has created and designed a couple of remediation processes.  The patented EN-CAP process is for the remediation of soil and/or groundwater impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons, whereas the Micron Diffusion Reactor and process is designed to breakdown complex sugars and other organic wastes.

COST

Triad has adapted its costs to be one of the most competitive in today’s market.  As can be seen on the enclosed “SERVICES – COST SCHEDULE”, Triad Environmental Services has a variety of products that not only suit your needs but also your bottom line. 

TIME

Completion of a project to meet company and/or client deadlines is a never-ending challenge.  Triad understands these complications and works with you and your deadlines.  Triad guarantees the final report and that it will be on your desk within three weeks from ordering the study and in most cases gets it done faster.  If you need the report in less than two weeks, then rush orders can be requested. 

QUALITY

While cost and timing are important factors, Quality can make or break a deal.  A poor report, even if it is cheap and quick, can stop a deal in its tracks.  Triad is proud of its quality its personnel and reporting.  All personnel have completed hundreds of reports in timely fashion.  For all the reports that have under gone scrutiny, none have been found to be in error in the fourteen years of our existence.

Triad Environmental Services has been working for people like you for fourteen years.  While many environmental companies have gone belly up and their reports and insurance can no longer be relied upon; Triad has survived and is still going strong since it is solvent and carries no financial liability.  Some of the other reasons why you can rely upon Triad are:

-         During its fourteen years existence, Triad has always met all pre-arranged deadlines and for the most part, submitted reports early.  This is one of the reasons we get repeat business.

-         At no time in the past fourteen years has anyone ever been brought a lawsuit against Triad. 

-         While never having to use any insurance, Triad does carry a $2,000,000.00 commercial liability / professional liability policy for your protection as well as ours.  A copy of our current binder is attached for your review.

-         While never been taken to court, Triad personnel have been used in court as witnesses and as expert testimony.

Triad Environmental Services has attempted to make environmental compliance as quick and simple as possible while still giving our clients the most professional services available.  Starting with our FREE phone consultations and continuing through our client maintenance, Triad keeps you informed and requests your input throughout your project.  Some of the ways Triad makes ordering a study easier for you are listed below. 

FIRST, with Triad you will know the cost of the project prior to its commencement.  If the cost is not stated in the enclosed “SERVICES – COST SCHEDULE”, then a quick call to Triad will produce a free, accurate  “Cost Approximation” for your review.  

SECONDLY, by faxing one of Triad’s specially designed company forms, you can initiate any type of project.  Upon receipt of your Fax, Triad will start the clock to meet your request in the most-timely manner. 

THIRDLY, Triad has established both simple “Service Agreements” and more complex “Terms of Engagement”.  Depending upon what type of contract your company utilizes, Triad can modify their contract to fit your requirements.  Triad will also pre-arrange these agreements so that no time is wasted prior to commencing your project.  A sample “Service Agreement” is enclosed.

FINALLY, Triad always discusses the project with you prior to starting to help you determine what type of study may be required.  Many times a simpler, less costly option may suffice.  However, if during the study additional facts are exposed, then you will have the option to immediately change to a more comprehensive report without the added expense of report duplication.  Very few, if any other company, other than Triad Environmental Services allows this option.
