TRIAD AND PABCO L.L.C. FORM ALLIANCE 

January 1 2006:

Norm Kammeraad CEO announces a break through agreement with CEO Donald Pabis of PABCO Services Incorporated. 

Norm Kammeraad stated that this was ("a vision realized") when he signed the agreement to join the two company's together under the leadership of Triad.

Said Triad CEO Norm Kammerad "Triad has always been a company with innovative market application and this scenario is no different.  With this alliance, Triad will now offer services in its normal environmental assessment operations that will complement Triad overall.  It is a win win deal".
